315mm electrofusion welding machine for polyethylene plastic pipe
Description
Generally, we use an electrofusion welding machine to heat the resistance wire embedded in the inner cavity of the electrofusion pipe fitting, and use its heating energy to connect the PE pipe fitting and the pipe. After the gaps on both sides of the pipe are closed, the melt in the interface melting zone will generally be under the action of high temperature and working pressure. In the case of the specified specification of entanglement, the interface after natural cooling must have the welding strength of electric welding to produce a safe and reliable electric welding connection of the pipe connection.

Application
Electrofusion welding machine using true RMS control, is mainly used in connection of gas or water polyethylene (PE) pipes and fittings. It is the perfect corollary equipment for every PE pipe, pipe fitting manufactures and construction units.
